Have a 30 gallon tank with a African leaf fish what other fish could I add to the tank right now he's the only one in there?

The tank has been set up with water in it for 2 months I cycled it for a month BEFORE putting the fish in the fish have been in the tank for a month now so every too weeks I do a 5 gal water change sorry if I wrote it broken up hope you understand now

My blue lobster

I'm new to this group and a new tank owner I have a blue crayfish/lobster that has molted do I leave the molted shell in the tank?
