I will get a test kit as soon as possible and as soon as I took him out of the the tank I did a 90% water change. I'm actually thinking about doing a restart or the nitrogen cycle in there. But, I'm not sure what I would do with the other frog.
I have had my adfs for about 3 months now. Just a few minutes ago I noticed that he died and snails are crawling all over him. Why did he die?

Do you treat the water that you put into the tank with chlorinator/heavy metal remover? Otherwise it might be high chlorine levels or high copper levels.
I'm sad to say that he has died and I am thinking that there was a nitrate spike in the tank which is the cause of my bacterial bloom that is still happening a water change will be done momentarily.
My Golden Comet Swordtail which was in with 3 ADFs, a Golden Mystery Snail, and pond snails. It is also planted and for the past few hours he has been swimming through the plants and sitting on the gravel. I have now quarantined him into a 2 gallon bowl.:nono:
