I went to check my tank and found my royal gramma floating on top I just introduced a yellow tang about 2 weeks ago. My water perameters are fine and I've had the gramma for about 4 months so I know he Was healthy any ideas?

its a 55 gallon with an emporer biowheel and cpr 192 sump with venturi skimmer, i have a yellow tang and clown and cleaner shrimp in it

Ammonia is 0-.25ppm ph is 8.8 nitrite is 0 ppm nitrate is 0 ppm
