hello it has been almost a year since i have posted here however i again have questions i am having a fence built around my back yard and i am afraid of the debris ending up in my pond i am plaining on covering the entire pond while the construction folks are actually working so hear is...

it is a 190 gallon but from my under standing that is if you use every part of the liner to make it look good i am only using about two thirds of the liner i would say around 100 to 110

so i have decided to start with the cheap lined kit from lowes. do i need to add some sort of additional filter. i do not want to add a canister to this set up due to the fact that there is no where that it could possibly go. so it would have to be under water.

they are just my gold fish they keep outgrowing there environment and that is my good excuse to get a pond

is there anything special you should do to take fish that have been living in a fish tank inside for a few years to a outdoor pond. or is the float the bag in the water a good method for this. anyone ever kicked there fish out of the house before. ha ha

i would not worry about your slow grower i am sure he will come along nicely

I used play sand in a ten gallon i set up to put the pest snails i pull out of my main tank that i dont have the heart to kill And it has turned into a beautiful planted sand tank no problems with the play sand

has anyone ever made a pond out of concrete

ok we have decided we are going to build a pond there are basic rules for fish keeping in a tank-do the same apply to having a pond or is there a whole different set of rules thanks

glad to hear it is not turn out to be a tragedy I have been looking it to this still trying to see how it would go for a pond

has anyone ever used the 90 gallon pond kit from walmart. good idea or bad idea any advice will help

i thought i read something about a snail that likes sand that is not so bad for a planted tank or am i way off base
