Ecoxotic Panorama Pro's on 12G Nano

Thanks, I'm trying to find out if the two lights I have mentioned will be enough for my current stock and future stock plans or should I get more lighting than that?

Ecoxotic Panorama Pro's on 12G Nano

Hello, I'm thinking about replacing the stock lighting with one Panaroma Pro LED strip white/blue and one all blue stunner strip. Would this be enough light for this size reef? I have a few leathers in there right now and don't plan on getting crazy with coral. Maybe some zoas, a frogspawn...

    Massive bristleworm

I recently acquired a 12 gallon nano that was already up and running and it is infested with bristle worms. I don't mind them but I feel there are just too many for my liking. The panty hose trick did not work as they didn't get stuck on there. I picked up a netted bath poof and cut the...

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

I have several friends and acquaintances with tanks who are looking forward to a few and local fish stores who rarely (oddly) have kribs. I was lucky finding these but had to drive a long way. If there are some left...Craigslist I suppose.

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

8 days old now and the parents haven't eaten them. Hope I'm out of the woods. I did cave in and buy a tank divider. Ma and Pa seem way less stressed out. I'm a sucker.

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

Thanks! It is - to my knowledge the first spawn. I hope they don't eat them, but if they do, there will be more. I'm just letting nature take its course (for the most part). I felt like a new mom when I flipped on the lights and seen all the little wigglers in and around the stone. So cool!

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

I have baby Kribs! So excited, I hope they don't become lunch. The parents are being very protective though I believe I spotted a cory snacking on one or two yesterday. They are a day old and I've been spot feeding golden pearls and first bites. They decided they liked the cichlid stone...

    Haze or debris in tank?

Thanks, I appreciate the brain storming. I'm going to check it tonight when I get home, I'm sure it will be a process of elimination at this point.

I distract my blood red parrot with shrimp pellets while feeding the others flakes, wafers and krill pelets.

    Haze or debris in tank?

It's actually smaller than the Purigen beads and stays suspended through the water, but maybe I didn't wash it well enough to get all the dust out of the bag...?

    Haze or debris in tank?

Happy Friday everyone! Over the last month I've noticed a strange haze in my tank, from afar the water looks clear and beautiful but when I get close there is almost like this white haze or very tiny particle like debris. The tank currently houses the fish noted in my signature and below are...

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

Thanks Lyndab, so I'm over thinking this process. The lace rock that they are adapting to is pretty close to the filter intake, do you recommend I cover that with a sponge of some sort?

    Kribs, doing "The Dance"

Good morning everyone. About 3 weeks ago I bought a male and female Kribensis (which are some of the neatest fish I've owned). They are in my 55 gallon with the tank mates mentioned in my signature, I also purchased two clay pots, one is now occupied by my pleco and the other by my three cory...
