I'm getting a 45 gallon tank and wanted some/a Blood Parrot Cichlid. Is this possible?
The dimension are 36x12x24. Is there anything that is relatively large that I can get? For a 45 gallon, it seems I can only get small fish. :( I'm very interested in Cichlids.
Oh okay, thanks.
So you wouldn't be able to tell me the basics on cichlids? Thanks so much for your other information!
Though I am dissapointed. I was really looking forward to the blood parrot if I could....I should look up how big they grow. Maybe ONE could fit?
Ah! Okay. I was looking at cichlids and what really got me into them, was the Blood Parrot Cichlid. They are so beautiful.
I believe it's 36x12x24...
I'm starting to think I won't be able to get anything but tiny fish...and I'm not a big fan. :(
Hmmm...I dont think it is...i think its tall. Boo. :(
What are these africans? So I can look them up.
What about cichlids? How hard would it be to care for those?
I'm going to be getting a 45gl tank soon and I'm really interested in predator fish, or really, fish that eat other fish. No, I'm not sick, I don't HAVE to feed them other fish, I'm just interested in the more aggressive breeds I guess. And I like size. So I wouldn't mind have one or two...
Okay, here is what I want to do. I would like some tips and/or advice on exactly how I would go about doing this and what would be the best fit, if possible.
This will be my first saltwater tank. I KNOW seahorses are quite hard to take care of. I'm up to the challange (with help of course)...
It's been set up for almost 5 months. It's a three gallon tank. The water levels are regular.
I heard a rumor that a deshelled pea works well in getting rid of poop that might be causing them to get bloated? Is this fact?
My veiltail betta has been having trouble and kept floating to the top, but today he's definitely bloated, and finds himself more on his side and unable to really swim down at all.
How do I correct his? Thank you very much!
