It ended in May- but my dad has had business trips so we haven't had much chance to talk about it. I had all A's at the end of the year.

Go with the planted! I mean, you already have two saltwater tanks...

I would make it an angelfish tank with a couple of "large-ish" schooling fish.

I don't know about the "biotope" really, but you might want to add a mini circulating pump to simulate the river feel. I'd say a sandy bottom with rocks scattered around and maybe a piece of drift wood that will resemble tree roots of something.

+1 on cichlids! On a tank, that big, you can't just have your run of the mill community tank.

Not sure if it's your thing, but you could make a pretty sweet paludarium with that tank.

You should do angels- 2 pairs would be good, or if they are unpaired just four would still be good. I say add a GIGANTIC school of cories to the bottom.

The first fish that come to mind are angels, gouramis, SA cichlids, and African cichlids.

stupid me forgot to take pictures during the rebuild- I'll post before and after pics tomorrow (assuming I can steal my mom's camera)

I might not even be getting one- I'm working out a fish tank deal with my parents at the moment. If I start it I'll definitely let you know!
