I found this on the bottom of my beautiful Duncan, and I'm not sure what it is, it has almost blue see-through tentacles with yellow bubble tips. It's very tiny so I hope you can see in the picture :-)

We have had this saltwater tank for 5 months, every level is perfect, we use RO water, and all of a sudden we have all this red algae growing everywhere, is it good? Bad? What is it? :-(

Im srry I took the pic with my phone, if you look closely at the bottom you can see dark brown lines with dots. It" resembles something like " connect the dots".
