I use ReefBreeders Photon series lighting. Has a controller, the company stands behind the product with a warranty of a year. Easy to program, saw a huge difference in growth and lighting. Highly recommend it for a person on a budget.- bluecrabbster

Biopellet Tips anybody?
Yeah you need to follow the recommended dosing though. For NPX it's 100mL per 25 gallons. And they suggest starting with only 1/2 that to get started so that the possible bacterial bloom won't rob all the oxygen and crash your system. First New Fish Dead
Either you got sick fish or the water was bad somehow. Are you sure he tested the parameters? Do you have your own testing kits and are you testing the parameters yourself??? If you did I'm curious what were the results? Some LFS guys can be unscrupulous. I hope he is trustworthy. If so, then...- bluecrabbster
