Got a cowfish and has not eating I fed him pellets and shrimp

I think he has ich and he is just siting there

He is with 2 clown fish 1 damsel 3 chromis and 1 coral beauty angel the ph is7.4 ammonia is 0.25 ppm nitrite 0 ppm nitrate 0 ppm

IS this angel fish dying

I think the problem is it is to close to the lights. Water test are all good.

I've had this leather mushroom for about a month now. What do you think is your with it?
