Okay here's a closer look, it's rather light and pretty firm but I'm stumped have no clue. And thank you! I have 8 right now about a week old.

I just noticed in my aquarium this evening a weird yellow mass. Anyone have any clues what it is? In the tank I have: Cherry shrimp Sunkist shrimp Blue pearl shrimp Amano shrimp Galaxy rasboras adult and fry Assassin Snails Wisteria, hornwort and java moss.

I'm trying to figure out of my shrimp is pregnant? I know that females harbor their eggs in their saddle before they move to the tail but I couldn't tell of she was pregnant or not. Any thoughts?
