My filter just died, the protein skimmer is still working. How long do I have before the fish, anemone, shrimp and coral start to suffer?

I have metal halide lights that are 130 PAR at 12 inches (but the clam would be at about 16 inches (I don't know how many PAR that would be. Does anybody know?
