My ammonia has been high lately, I think a bit due to overcrowding. I'm working on a bigger aquarium, but want another way to fix it quickly. Would a FW crab help with the ammonia? Any specific recommendations? I'm in the central Ohio area and the only thing I've found at LFS are crayfish.

That's what I was thinking too, but 95% of the time they are fine, swimming together without any issue. Every once in a while the smaller one will nip at the larger one, but nothing too long. This was the first I've seen them do this.

I had never heard of angelfish locking lips like this before. Is it normal? I only have two small ones in a 10g tank, I bought them very young. One looks pretty fat like it might be pregnant. Thoughts?

Has anyone built a tank with this as opposed to normal acrylic? It runs almost twice the cost, would it be worth it for a large tank (120 gal)?
