I'm starting to get a green algae in my 14 gallon bio cube. It's on the rocks and in the sand. I do water changes every 2 weeks. Just did one this Saturday. How can I get rid of it?
My son has been battling cyanobacteria for a week now. This is his first experience with it. We have used chemi-clean with water changes, as well as, removing it with a turkey Baster. It still coming back. Any suggestions? Thanks.
It it's a fine sand. We have tried turning it off. Didn't work. We even thought it might not be sealed along the bottom of the back wall of the tank. But when turned off the water level in the pump compartment stay the same.
