When you say white , do you mean patchy like in the photo ? If yes he's just a bit stressed, my bristlenose female does it quite often when the male is out and about trying to be friendly with her [emoji11]. Can't help with the Angels , but I do hope they are all ok ?

Personally I'd set about treating the hole in the head before it gets any worse .. I had the metro flakes shipped to me from America as we don't have anything like that here..

My angelfish had hole in the head , I gave him metro flakes and antibiotics from my vet , he recovered for about 8 months then it struck again, sadly he didn't recover the second time, he came from a very bad home who neglected him for years, and I had him for 5 years , I really hope you can get...

I have 12 in my 15g hex, very happy and have mated a few times too.. Although their tiny eggs are eaten by my betta .. Never had any problems with them . The bigger the community the happier they seem , when I had 6 they didn't seem happy, once I doubled their numbers they are so happy and out...

I've just had the same done to me, it's taken a week of gradual reductions and now we are back to Normal feeding .. And my recently adopted betta is now in a qt tank suffering with bloat and I presume dropsy poor boy.. I have been advised by several friends to buy a weekly pill box for each...

Well my 2 remaining angels died .. One within a day or so of the first and the other last night, I really think they were too small , I'm sad I loved my little dory she was a character .. She would nudge my Bruce who is 4 times the size of her and he'd swim off like a frightened little wuss...

I have a 200 and a 120 ..but always fancied a few shrimp.. I think I will just keep it as a shrimp tank.. Wouldn't want 6 fish in there , I did think a betta would be ok until I read they REALLY enjoy shrimps :/ Thank you :) Sent from my iPad using Aquarium Advice

Hi I think I've had planaria in my shrimp only tank, so I totally cleaned it out including the sand substrate which I just binned and added new, since then it's been ok, so my question is if another outbreak occurs could I put say an assassin snail in to eat them or would there be any small fish...
