For some odd reason my water has hair and particles floating everywhere... And bubbles are all over the glass... Also I found rocks that look nice is it safe to put in my tank?

I was thinking bout adding hardy fish so it can add the good bacteria needed in the tank... I don't know if that's smart or just a rookie wreck...

My tank has calcium stains that just wont go away... How can I get rid of all the white cloudy stains in the glass? I tried glass cleaner, vingar and water... Bleach... And nothing wotks
