They eat everything flakes, pellets, frozen and dried red worm. I'll try to get some pictures of them all as there is many varieties in the tank. Everyone seems to get along well since I removed the Giant Guarami.

I've also looked, he was included in a mixed bag of fish when the man installed the tank

I honestly don't know, I had someone make it he claimed around 600 litre with around 300 going through the filter (again I'm not sure). I kinda went in the deep end as my first tank.
