Ok so I have a ten gallon tank with 2 zebra danios, 2 neon tetras, 3 kuhli loaches, and 2 mystery snails. Are all adult and small. But I found something on one of my plants(not a real plant) and I have no idea what it is. Here is a picture. What is it and is it bad?

Hi! I am hoping to start a small 10 gallon saltwater tank. I’d really like to have a bubble tip anemone and ocellaris clownfish. Would I be able to do that? How many? If not what kinds of animals could I have in there and how many? Thanks in advance! :)

I agree with BBradbury. I have had the same thing happen. It is a buildup of bacteria. It won’t be harmful if you change the water weekly. If you leave it too long there is a possibility of it creating problems. I hope you get it all worked out!
