what percentage of the water do you recommend changing

Ok i just tested my water and the ammonia is at 4.0< seems very high but the fish seem the same? What do i need to do ?I put the carbon back in today after 4 days of ich treatment. My water is very clody but claring up.

will the ich come back, i dont see it on any of them and i havent in like 2 or 3 days

It has been 4 days in the ich treatment, when will it be safe for me to put back in the carbon>? Can someone please reply fast, because im going to town soon and i want to get it if i need it soon>?

Nh3 is the amonia right? We have a 10 gal tank how many gal should we replace?

amonia is at 2.0, would this be high because they possibly have ich? If so do i need to get an amonia reducer and an ich treatment>?

ok today is day 10 of our new tank setup and our tiger barbs are still pointing their heads down, and flashing a lil. I noticed that our gourami has some wite spots possibly "ich"?

Man i just went to pet smart, and they told me that my water has no ammonia in it , and that i do not need to do any more water changes, they said thats why my fish are so stressed? I dont get it, i have so many people telling me different things?
