- My 75 gallon tank has 4 Oscars 3"-5", 3 Bumblebees 3" plus, 1 Jack Dempsy 3", 1 roudy Convict 2.5", 1 Pleco 9", 4 Pleco's 2.5", 1 Electric Blue 3". This tank has been running for about 3+ months, and everything is OK. Running a Rena XP3 cannister filter.
My 55 gallon tank is empty of fish, and cycling for 4 days now.
Running a Whisper 60 filter. I had several fish in this tank, but lost so many that I emptied it, and cleaned and refilled it about 4 days ago.
My 48 gallon tank has 5 Dalmation Mollies 1.5" to
2", 3 Blue Gouramis 1", 1 Silver Molly 1.5". I have had this tank running for 10 days, and No I didn't cycle it for a month before adding fish. Bad me!!! I had a 5" Pleco die on me after 9 days, 2 Pitcus Catfish after 2 days, then 2 cats after only 1 day, and some small Red Wag Platties also died after about 7 days. Too many fish dying. I test all my tanks on Monday with a test kit for pH, Amonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate. All is within specs. Running a Emperor 280 fil
