I noticed my ram was gasping for air two days ago and she is not eating awell and just sitting at the bottom of the tank and just noticed these :( Any advice would be appreciated thanks

I dont think the ei dosing is causing the diatoms, I just think it is just because it's a newish tank, I just want easy work cleaning it all off

I am currently ei dosing and doing a 50% water change weekly but I am having a diatom problem because my tank is new, My question is can I do two water changes weekly so my work is easyer cleaning all the diatoms ? Will this affect my nutritions and plants ? Thank you

120 liters 14.5w 6500k LED Easycarbo 2ml Dry ferts 10ml Ph 7.4-6 Gh 28.6 50% weekly and plants are doing well I have need to trim the back and others are shooting new stems
