    Stocking Help??

That's too bad you don't ship to Canada... it seems to be the general consensus! The only pet store here is Pet's Unlimited (chain...), but I'm soon going to check out a newly discovered locally owned fish store about 2 hours away. We'll see what they have:)

    Stocking Help??

Thanks LibraryGirl! So, why only one? Is it becuase of their temperment (I was planning to get all females), or because of overstocking? If it's due to temperment.. any other suggestions as I'd love to have more than one larger fish! Thanks for the help!!:)

    Top strap broken

Set them up on either side of the brace and SLOWLY tighten them until the bowing is gone. When I say slowly, I mean reallyyyy slowly... the last thing you want is to push...

    Top strap broken

I'd suggest at least 50%!!! My 55 gal did the same thing a few weeks ago... it's really nerve-wracking. I fixed mine myself though. I went to a local metal shop and bought 1/8" thick stainless steel about an inch wide, and 2 inches longer than the width of my aquarium. I then got a friend to...

Keyhole Cichlids in a 20 gallon??

Hello, I'm going to be setting up a 20 gallon freshwater tank soon, and I'd REALLY love to get some cichlids! I know the tank is to small for most types, but I've been looking into maybe some Keyholes? I've read that a pair could go into a 20 without too many problems, as long as there are...
