    White growth on neon tetra won't go away

    I'm new to fish keeping so this is the first time I've had to deal with any unhealthy fish. One of my neon tetras has a white growth or lump on his mouth, I treated the tank with eSHa 2000 and eSHa Exit for the instructed three day dosage but the neon still has the growth or lump on his mouth...
