well I'd rather spend a lil less money and get something not as strong instead of having to dim it down

also, for now in my tank i have an established colony of anthelia and a breeding pair of tomato clowns. The fish and coral are doing perfect, as far as lighting goes I am using two 20 watt Coralife 50/50 bulbs that are about 6 months old but seem to still be working well

well my 40 is already set up just need to wait for it to cycle which should take about a week. like i said the clowns will be moved to the 40

The water isn't dirty mostly just the sandbed and glass. But thanks everyone for the input

right. Yea once i get the 40 set all the way up and cycled they will b moved. The 10 will then just be used for coral. I still need some good ideas on the most effective invert for maintaining the look of my tank

also, here is the site i used to get my info about the clowns and it doesnt say anything about 10gal being too small. This says they only grow up to 2 inches ORA Tomato Clown - Aquacultured

they arent big yet.....I'm also in the process of setting up a 40gal to transfer them too
