I think it's because it too much of a community tank too small and smooshed for breeding

Mine are just as mean. Keep lots of hiding spots in your tank to keep them from getting stressed. I notice mine did it more when they were hungry so keep them fed well. Like I said lots of hidy holes

Pellets will constipate them you have to feed them shrimp or something every now and then. I keep stock of ghost shrimp in the tank and feed pellets they will eat them when they are hungry for them

That is exactly what it does were would I get squid

Help t5 light do you need it or is there another way? I want to start reefs in my 30g is there a cheap website or place to get them help I need knowledge

It keeps climbing out of the water not a little bit all the way I have to keep knocking down :(
