****Update**** Almost 36 hours after 25% water change and their tank is almost crystal clear. These babies have went through a lot in the past 2 weeks but it appears to have been what they needed. Will be checking parameters tomorrow. I’m hoping this means the tank is cycled. We’ll see tomorrow!!!

Does the filter have the charcoal type cartridge? If so, did you rinse it in warm water before putting it in and starting the filter?
