    Beginner saltwater

    I have a 36 bow front aquarium and I want to start a saltwater tank.... I was told I could start with a fluval c4 and I could run that for awhile... Will that work ??? I don't want a sump as I'm in a apartment can't risk the flooding... Or is there some other better filter
