Thanks. Yes, I immediately scooped out the babies and put them in the breeding net. The mother is very animate and is searching for food while the birth is going on, so I thought that I should maybe leave her out of the net. I'm afraid she'll eat the babies. So far there haven't been anymore...

I have 4 gouramis and I'm having trouble sexing them. Can anyone help me? I was having trouble taking their pix because they didn't like the red light, so I did the best I could with them being skiddish. Thanks.

water parameters: ammon - 0, NO2 - 0, NO3 - 10, pH 7.6. I do a pwc with vacuuming when the NO3 hits 15 to 20.
