- Ten gallon unheated freshwater with hood, light, filter (it was a a kit). I've got four goldfish (I guess they're fantail...?); each of them is between 2 & 3 inches long. We've had them for seven months, so I must be doing something right... I'm trying to figure all this out and keep them happy and healthy!
