hi, just got some LR and i wanted to know if it is good quality LR. im not really concerned with the shape/look but if the colored stuff on the rock is good btw, im a noob if you couldnt tell from my post :oops:

i dunno who wrote it, im refering to this document, its under "How to cycle your tank with out the use of fish." so i should go with sand? should i just get live sand from the LFS?
