Reef Crystals here. I've used both Instant Ocean and Kent.....and I had cyano issues with both. With RC, I have had none of those issues.

my store won't buy back or give store credit....period. I've tried numerous times to no avail. I have given them livestock before though, because I just couldn't keep it myself for whatever reason. So it could be worse!

I switched from Kent to Reef Crystals and had the same results FWIW

20% every two weeks for me. I've tried to go longer, but my numbers start to skew (especially Calcium as I have lots of Corals). Even doing PWC's every two weeks, I still have to dose Calcium every other week.
