I battle BBA a lot, it kind of looks like that's what you have. I have it under control, but certain plants tend to be more prone to attack. All you can do is trim and remove the affected areas. Some people recommend removing the plants and dipping them, but I just trim the leaves. Good luck.

I have a low tech tank, so I was concerned about them not having enough CO2.
