Thanks for getting me in! I was going to buy the RODI but discount + 10x points, well it made life even better! I even had a coupon code in my inbox so I was able to score some extra sed filters all for less than the RODI would of cost with the discount!
This I can agree with :lol: I thought that's what you meant. I can 100% vouch for using RODI with any shrimp (using Salty Shrimp) my shrimp all went from being almost lethargic to speeding around the tank and being happily active and molting :dance:
So you're saying here that if you've got High GH and KH that everything will be just fine in it ?? That they'll just get used to it eventually !? :nono: Sorry Charlie that's a negative!
In all actuality having high KH and GH can lead to molting problems and ultimately deaths with shrimp and...
I've spent a few nights worried about that up all night. Just remember to acclimate them to it slowly. I haven't lost a one and I've been running 24/7 for the last 3 weeks again
I was having issues with BBA for a while once I left my co2 on 24/7 it disappeared, the min I dropped the co2 back down to 30 min before and after it returned, 24/7 for me keeps it at a minimal

If you're using sand whenever you vac you're going to suck out all your substrate. So I would def advise against using any type of suction cleaning.
