These look like Occelaris clowns to me, I'm no expert but the Percula typically have thicker black edges in between the white and orange. D

I always try to keep the water level high enough so my HOB filter return water doesn't splash when it falls back into the tank, but I don't like noise from my system.

I've read on multiple occasions to not use ammonia with surfactant, I'd try and find 100% pure ammonia (I hear ACE hardware carries it) or just throw in a raw shrimp and let it decompose.
