My first marine tank 34g biocube

If your ammonia is high it is going to burn the gills of your fish destroying that tissue and will kill your fish.

    White material on glass

I had some coraline algae that grew on my glass. I scraped it off but there is still a white residue that I cannot seem to get off. What is this and any suggestions on how to "get it gone?" Thank you!

My first marine tank 34g biocube

I think it is just the fact that Tangshan need a lot of space to swim. Go on the Internet and do some reading. I am no where close to an expert. I have a 29g and I always get a no to Tangs.

It is a space issue. You need at least 100g.

Well I was. I was implying that if he had tang etc in his tank, it might be good in mine. But you cleared that up for me.

I never seem to get my live rock and tank looking as pristine as the aquarium store.

I think it is a combination of old bulbs that need to be changed and excess nutrients. I use ro water for everything. I have just undertaken a massive tank overhaul and cleaned up a lot. I added 5 hermits and one emerald. I will keep at it. Also, for some reason I could not find the 10 steps...

Aquarium utilities on iPad or iPhone

I am interested in purchasing your app but I have an iPad. I would prefer to not buy it twice. If we buy it now and you create an iPad app, can we migrate for free and bring all our settings with the migration?

Here is my tank info. It seems that the app thread does not include the signature. -DuBose - Mount Pleasant, SC 29G Biocube; 1 snail; Mushrooms; Zooanthids; Palythoa; Kenyan Trees; Green Star Polyps; Acropora; Montepora; hammer; Anthelia; coral banded shrimp

I never seem to get my live rock and tank looking as pristine as the aquarium store.

Greetings, This is my first official thread in this forum. The iPad app is fantastic. I need a little advice. I never seem to get my live rock and tank looking as pristine as the aquarium store. The first issue is the drab lookin small amounts of hair algae that seems to be all over the rock...
