Hi all, I have a 29-Gallon (tall) planted tank. The current residents are two Boesemani 'bows, four turquoise 'bows, and two Otos. None of the rainbows are fully grown yet; my alpha male Boesemani is only ~3". Anyway, I'm wondering if I can accomodate a few more fish in this peaceful tank...

I just finished a miserably long cycle, during which I lost several fish. Now that the tank has settled, I'm left with one Angelfish and one Bolivian Ram. What you you get to go along with these guys? Are there any other SA Cichlids that would be compatible with them?

UPDATE I retested my water this morning. Results: Ammonia: 0 ppm (!) NitrIte: 0 ppm NitrAte: 5 ppm (!) The tests are perfectly clear - ammo tube is bright yellow, nitrite tube is pure light blue, nitrate is light orange. It looks like I've cycled, right? But how did I never see any...

I have a 29-gallon tall tank. I'm having some cycling issues at the moment, so I won't be making any new fish purchases for a while. However, I'd like some advice for new additions. I currently have 2 Angelfish and three Rams. What would go along nicely with them?

I did another 70% water change this afternoon. According to my tests, I'm down to about 2 ppm.

How fast to the Angels grow? They don't appear to have gotten any bigger since I bought them. Right now, they're about 3" from top fin to bottom feeler fin.
