Although I have dursos on mine, when my valves aren't set right, I get the toilet noise too. My return line has a ball valve on it and all I have to do is turn it down a little to get the flow just right and the noise goes away.

I saw that pic after Ryan mentioned majano but all the pics i saw were a different color. I'll keep an eyeball on it. Right now I only have two like that. It was weird to see it in a different spot this am. Would've liked to have seen that move.

Gotcha! Thanks. I asked the folks at tbsaltwater and they said it was just a feather duster as did a few people that have come to the house to looky at it. Hopefully that's all it is.

It should work just fine from the ro unit. I have my autotopoff device on this timer from intermatic. I've got it set to only come on once a day for an hour. So far, so good.

If you are using the autotopoff system, the dual switch plugs into the solenoids. Meaning both are connected to the solenoids. I'm loving mine.

I use one. I emailed them a few questions and described my setup and they recommended the double switch - sump mount along with the one solenoid. I almost bought the double solenoid, but I have the switch on a timer that only allows it to come on for an hour a day anyway.

I would think a refuge of *any* size that you can grow pods or cheato in or whatever you were into, would be worth it. If you have the room for 5gal, thats what you use. Me, I'm only going to have a 3 gallon fuge, but I'm doing it because I think the benifits are worth it.
