Heated: Yes, I have a 25 watt Finnex heater adjustable heater (79 degrees Farenheit)
Filter: Yes, an AquaClear 20 HOB.
Water changes: 50% weekly.
Water additives: Seachem Prime for water conditioner.
Inhabitants: 1 male betta, 10 white gold cloud minnows, 2 nerite snails, and 5 ghost shrimp.
For lighting I have a Ecoxotic Panorama 8,000k model. I also installed an EcoPico moonlight LED strip.
