Guys I am really getting wierded out by this tang like I said he is "picking" not full fledged pigging out like the rest of my tangs. But he is obsessed with the snails shell's he picks at them way more than any food. It's just wierd.

Thanks guys I did the rock trick today and he did eat off that I also saw him eat some flake as well. Not a pig like my other tangs but I think he just needs some time. Thanks for your input

Thanks hank that's what I did still haven't witnessed him eating alot but he is at least picking at the clips now.

Hi all I bought a 4-5" naso yesterday really fat and healthy looking. I have yet to see him show any interest in any food I throw at him. What he has shown an interest in are my snails he's not over aggressive but his is going around nipping at shells. Any ideas on what I should do to get...

Don't do it! I used to always think "oh yeah it will fill slow enough I will be all right" no way 3-4 flooded laundry rooms later I only fill while I can monitor it :)

Hi guys has anyone on here owned this skimmer? My pump is just ridiculously noisy. the skimmer and pump are clean as a whistle. If i have the pump separated from the body it's fine but as soon as I connect it the noise is there again also if I cover the "silencer" holes it's fine as well. Any...

They didn't get cold I have a small heater I put in the bucket with them. Temp held fine

Yeah they came in around lunch so I set them up in my acclimation bucket and let them slow drip until 5 when I came home. I got some riddler and spiderman zoas, pipe organ polyps, pulsing zenia and a monti cap. Just concerned nobody is really opening up yet

I just received my first corals from buying online today. I did a 4 hour drip acclimation and now have all frags on the sandbed. Question is how long do these guys take to open up? Their all closed up pretty tight still.
