    Fire eel

    I Have seen tons of planted aquariums and have always wanted to get some plants in mine to make it more realistic. Though, I have a fire eel and have heard that they will kill the plants by burrowing in the roots. Is there any way I can gets live plants without the fire eel up rooting them?
