After reading 33 pages from this thread I got confuse in one thing, is Osmocote+ and the capsules the only thing I need or there is others ferts I need to mix?

Thanks, I was using the 24/7 mode. Moon light, is count as light? I remove the plants from the pots and removed brown leaves and use root tabs. I'm using 1ml of excel dailly(10g tank) I'm also dosing ferts and today I set my diy co2. A question about co2 it is safe to let it run during night too?

How I can get rid of the algae

I already have 2 weeks with my new planted tank and I think I already have algae problems. I was using a DIY co2 but I have like 4 days without using it because I got out of citric acid and I'm waiting for some I ordered. I'm using exel . Below is a pic of the tank, also the one on the back...

I have take out like 10 snails and every day I see more.

Thanks for the reply, it seems most of them came from the moss I bought. But I already have taken like 5 from the tank, is quite annoying.

I'm 100% sure is not pregnant now it seems this thread doesn't fit this topic anymore. I moved the fish to her tank, did a 50% wc and add some salt. Also started to do some dewormer food , just in case. She looks a little better.

I recently built a planted tank and it seems the plants I bought had some snails. I don't know if it is something I should worry or not. There is a pic of some of the ones I have found

It was bought from petsmart so probably treatment weren't good they were in a tank with tons of guppies.
