    Green mandarin

They aren't difficult so long as you have plenty of pods. You gan buy triggerpods from the store so they reproduce in your aquarium. That's all they eat. I own a female green mandarin and bought a bottle of pods for $20 put 3/4 in the tank towards the bottom by LR & 1/4 in my sump.

I wouldn't recommend coral banded unless you want just a coral banded they're neat, but mine killed all my other shrimp so he spends His days in my sump, lol

The two goby's will be fine I've kept two in my 47 & 75. Flame angels should Be fine especially in that large of a tank. Same with the blenny's. I have two lyretail anthias' and I like them.

    Two more IDs please.

Theyre just filter feeders. The only way I know is to super glue them shut to kill them if you don't like the way they look. I just don't have tht much patience to get rid of them all.. Or super glue for that matter. Haha

freshwater to 75 gallon saltwater reef with fish evolution.

Why dont you just put the LR in the 75? If you want it to be more stable I suggest rock first and then put the sand on top. And I'm not sure if it is I highly doubt it though. And yeah BB will be in a canister filter. I recommend a sump though, if at all possible.

freshwater to 75 gallon saltwater reef with fish evolution.

Live rock is where the BB lives (also somewhat in the sand somewhat.) I would go ahead and buy live rock you like and not worry on the price as much, I know it's Expensive but you'll have the rock forever so get what you like! Shape wise not color color will change. Try aquatic connection or...
