I have a 40g long and the stand I have doesn't fit the tank at all and I call the stand is starting to give way under all of the weight. When I look to buy from LFS they don't have a stand that can fit the dimensions of a 40g long. What are some suggestions of where I can find a good stand for...

So I have had my 40g long up for a while now. Unfortunately, when i had gotten my danios from the LFS they looked great and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed all of their gills were super red. =[ So i kept them as healthy as possible, but it's gotten to the point were I only have 2 left...

I'm not sure what they are and I don't really know how to check. I've looked at the bulbs and don't see anything that would indicate. EDIT: I just manged to find a faded mark. They are F20T12 20 watt 24" bulbs I thought they were higher. =[
