No we cannot see her bones, thanks for the worm suggestion though, I will look that up in a minute. Her belly is flat rather than rounded how it used to be.

Female swordtail swims along fine then just drops to the bottom of the tank. Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate .2 tank 125l. All tank mates are fine, any thoughts?

Done a 20% water change this evening after testing and posting on forum just as a matter of course, the new media was left to soak in the "dirty" water from the water change on Saturday for 24 hours. New sponges squeezed and soaked as well. Water test kit is a Hagen liquid test kit (nutrafin)...

Ok so here's what's happened. Yesterday I replaced my external filter but left the internal filter in place. Tank is a 125 litre with a fluval u3 internal and now a fluval 306 external. I put the bio noodles from my old ext in the new one and left the internal in place. Molly's are just hanging...

I'm doing something similar at the moment, have just bought a fluval 306 to replace the aquis500 I had, I too am running a fluval u3 at the same time I will be leaving it about four weeks til I remove it.

Thanks for all the advice, I have bought a fluval 306 and have the new media in soak in the dirty water from the water change earlier. Hope to fit it tomorrow :-)
