    Root tab or Liquid fert?

    Hi, I'm new to planted tanks. I have sand as substrate and recently planted jungle val, Dwarf Sag and Java fern. I wanted to get some sort of fertilization. What would be best for me? Liquid or root tab? And what kind? for both liquid and root. Thanks.
