    That was the first thing I did.... I'm not asking about a cycle for a New tank. But for one that was transferred and then running a couple weeks later. all the LR was kept in buckets with powerheads in them.

    What ever you do. Don't wiggle wires or mess with connections while they are plugged in. You don't want to blow anything

    Yea I've been having issues with my potentiometers as well. Somethings they don't dim and are stuck on full light.

    He's right. You stick those to a surface and then feed a zip tie through the hole on it and then tie it around the wires and they stay in place

    bjb is the brand of the solderless conectors on reefledlights.com and i hear alot of good things about rapidled so ya looks like a good deal. its the same stuff i used, i just got it from a different site

    Yea. It was definitely the right way to Go as far as LEDs go. I was originally going to just add some ProLumens strips in my hood. But to get the lighting I was wanting. It would have cost just as much as what I spent, and I have so much more now
