What does it mean when my protien skimmer is bubbling all the way to the top

Its going through the cycle at the min and it just a filteration i got with the tank it has lots movement in the bottom and top of tank its bin cyling now for 10 days and had nitrites and nitrates for 4 days 0 ammonia and 8.0 PH

Hi i have had my tank set up now for a week its 130 litres i have had around 10kg of live rock in it 2 hermit crabs i didnt do an amonia test till 3 days later from setting up and it came back clear but after 5 days its tested possitive for nitrite and nitrates how can that be before amonia ??

Oh and its only been a week

Nitrites are at the highest and soo is nitrates and 0 amonia
