It could be an internal parasite,but you should test your water quality.otos can sometimes be sensitive to toxic ammonia and high nitrate levels.good luck!

I have a 75 gal. Tank w 6 pearl danios and like 45 other fish ...and one pearl danio has a large triangular stomache!! I think it is preggers!!!lol can any one tell me what's wrong ?

They do best in singles ( only male ) I have a 75 gal w 1 sword and like 45 other fish like platies mollies hippies tetras .he is great by him self

It would be better to just get a male . Male and female will mate and in a month you will have 20-30 fry ! Btw I'm 12 but I know what I'm talking about!

No .they really are like two different species ,you could get a male and a female sword tail

It might be kind of lonely (needs a mate ) or put a school of 5 or more platies of different genders in your tank .

It's kind of a natural thing for them to over do it w the kissing ...! But you need to seperate them or they will probably kiss each other to death

The mean Molly needs to be moved out if you want to keep the other Molly ..........the tank is really to big .all those shrimp and fish only need like a 5 gal.
