I say go for it! I just put a pleco in my 75gal tank with a couole of cichlids and it mostly hides during the day.. theyre most active at night in my opinion

Ever since I got him I would try to find him a friend but hes pretty aggressive and like 4 months back I threw in an african cichlid and he did nothing!that little guy actually follows him around now and the butti shows no aggression not even over food. Im keeping a close eye on them though...

Yeah I bought him without researching it.. I found out how aggressive they can be the hard way! Best investment yet though :D his color really stands out when he is mad

I have a: 3 yr old butterkoferi (8-10 inches) Small pacu 1.5inches 3 african cichlids (2 albinos) 1 small firemouth (less than an inch) 1 small jack dempsey (1 inch) 1 vieja synspilum (1.5 inches) And 1 small flowerhorn I plan on upgr upgrading tanks in the near future!
