I upgraded from a 55 to a 90 used the same sand just rinsed it really well and have had no problems at all

I have the same Lights I go with 3 blue 1 purple and 2 whites, switch one of the blues around with the purple so blue and purple come on in the morning.

Fill the tank from the tap add prime to make the water safe, that's what it's called in Canada. Add your salt and there's your stating point.

You wouldn't need that much to store only what you are using for water changes, 10% a week

I store water in two 6 gallon pails the day before I do water change, premix it and you are good to go

Here's a pic of my 40 gallon sump for my 90, I found better to make it then buy one

I have a 90 myself and made the sump out of a 40 breeder tank

Just put the rock and coral in pails with lids and the tank water it will be fine. You can use the water again, plus I would make up a bucket of extra saltwater to top up with when you set it all back up

My pump is sitting on the bottom of my sump, no need to make it higher up

Started with a 55 and upgraded to a 90, so much better

Can't break the rock that's not a option, so leaving it best thing to do then?
